She truly makes you feel taken care of for all your maintenance needs and answers all your questions you may have promptly. Her staff is dedicated to making Luxe at 1300 the best apartment complex in all of Waco. They take care of business like a five star resort. The amenities here are fantastic.”
“Lived here over 10 years and any problems I've had are always taken care of and quickly at that. I live in one of the updated apartments and even though I want a house I refuse to move as I enjoy my place so much. Laundry rooms are locked with codes and are electronic now with an app to time your things and I love that! Pools are enjoyable. Visitors have their own parking so they arent taking yours. The manager listens and does care about the property. Its a great place to live.”

“I have signed my 2 nd lease and I’m very happy with my apt. Management is super Lori the leasing agent is a gem. Maintenance is always there when I’m needing fit anything from recharging a/c to any think from helping fix anything I need. I believe In when I rent a property I treat it as if it’s my home and will asking if I update anything It doesn’t hurt to use your money to add a flower bed or even gardening to your area around your apt. I can share updated pictures. They have people who come and go but they were just not the person meant to live here or anywhere I’m my opinion. Times are touch but they are offering a 500.00 off move in cost. They have the perfect options in paying your rent where anyone could afford. You have to put your priorities in order for me it’s my home. Guaranteed to li e the office staff. I love my 4 plex I live in. Come by and see what you think.”

My daughter had a great first apartment experience with The Outpost. The apartment is furnished with everything she needed, the area is safe and overall a good experience.

“I love my apartment. The staff is friendly. I have never had any problems. If something breaks they come immediately and fix the problem. I just love it and it is pet friendly. What I love most of all is I feel secure and safe.”
“Lisa Dumlao and her staff at Village Oaks are AWESOME! They are super responsive and willing to help with any concern. I understand several people have complained about this Village Oaks complex but lets put some things in perspective. This is college apartment/dorm that houses mostly boys :) They do their best to maintain and keep the property is the best shape possible. If you have a son or daughter attending TSTC in Waco I think this is a great complex to start with their freshmen year. My son met friends immediately here that I know he will have for a lifetime. Is the complex older, have some bumps and bruises and occasional battle with pests, YES, but lets give some grace on what the purpose is... The staff works hard and genuinely cares for the residents. Thank you again again to Lisa and her staff at Village Oaks!!”
