Manager lied and added things to my account that I wasn’t told about my bill should have only gone up about $10 he said and when my bill came in at $110 more I was shocked and when I called to find out why it’s cuz he added lines and insurance and said I got a promotion deal that I did not get I called AT&T they recommended that I go confront the guy at the store seems they don’t care for anyone’s safety cuz telling people to confront people that has wronged them could be very dangerous

As I walk through the door and one of the AT&t employee came walking toward me and asked if he could help me. My reply was yes thank you very much but I really do need you to help me get my phone straightened out because it hasn't been working for almost 2 weeks. He said I can help you he sat down at the table and within 2 to 3 minutes he had my phone working, and I'm so appreciative because being crippled I didn't want to have to take very long to get in and out and get on home. So as we grow older and we're trying to keep up with the changing of the communication and all crippled in your body also it means the world to have someone who's ready to help and give you the service to help you move forward so very very much so I say thank you to that gentleman thank you AT&t and that's why I give a five-star

When I first came into the store, the manager there was the only guy working but was wrapping up a really meaningful conversation with the customer already in there. It was an elderly man from Korea who was really enjoying the conversation with this guy. Then it was my turn and not only was he able to help me with what I needed, he saved me some money on my plan and connected with me over being young, married and with kids. Only going to use the Wooded Acres location now. Really great service, and conversation. I appreciated it. I don’t know the guys name but he’s from Arkansas and has three kids. ❤️

NO Stars deserved but will not let you post unless you pick at least 1 star. Sales rep Mark S. was rude, short with me and rushed me thru whole process. I went in to upgrade/trade in 2 phones which I assumed would be no charge since I have been paying next up and installments on my phones and had actually paid them off 18 months prior. Ended up leaving with no new phones and paying over $600 for what I'm still unsure of because the sales rep was not clear and treated me as if i was stupid when i ask questions and I'm very upset about the whole event. This was worst experience I've ever had. I've been customer for years and now considering switching due to bad experience and hundreds of dollars paid out for goods and services I did not receive and one of the exact phrases used that I still do not understand.."You qualify for a free Samsung tablet with $50 off ." Make it make sense! Fifty dollars off what? Is it free? Very misleading and this Mark S. needs to choose a different career path cause no offense he is terrible at his job and treats people disrespectful Terrible Terrible customer service, do not recommend AT&T. ??

I have been coming to this store for the past few years.
I cannot say enough good things about the Manager, Angela.
She has consistently and without fail jumped in and fixed monumental problems.. that no one at AT&T would even touch.
I’m telling you folks.. if you need someone to talk to, make an appointment to see her!

Great Customer service. Angelia and her team were able to help me with my phone issues and get my kids into their phones. I recommend this store if you want you problems solved or at least help you get set on the right track to correction.

The tech that helped me at the ATT store was very problem focused. He resolved my problem surprisingly quickly. I am pleased with all aspects of my visit. Thanks!
