The younger gentlemen who helped myself and my fiancee is great he was very helpful, professional, respectful, noligaible, multi-tasking skills spot on. I feel extremely bad that I can't remember his name because I would like it to be well know that he does his job very well.

There was a minor issue with AT&T selling cards in retail locations that can't be redeemed in store however, the salesperson who assisted me was extremely polite and professional. I wasn't in and out due to a call regarding the card situation with another person. Despite the card thing, I'm highly certain that I'd have been in and out.

Came in needing to leave old carrier, I was super worried abt not being able to switch but Jay & Levi were a HUGE help saved me literal hundreds a month, I can’t thank you guys enough! 10/10 recommend

Bought a samsung cell phone and accompanying plan. i asked if the caller id would display my name and was asked if I wanted this I answered in the affirmative and left the store with the item Upon inspection, I saw that there was Usb cable but no charger.. I bought one at a nearey store. Learning that my call ID displayed only my city and the phone number I began calling the Automated Service number. I spent several hours on the next two days attempting to contract and interact with a series of Indian technicians each of whom told me that he would fix the problem and asked permissioni to use my information for promotions. One even tried to sell me an ethernet application of some sort or another ($ 65) I many hours waiting on hold, waiting for a call-back, waiting for the person to work on the problem. The last one declared success and told me to wait several hours. Nothing happened.
There are other issues deriving from connectivity, stalled app downloads, loss of sound. and WRONG PASSWORD often with no means of correcting. I lodged a dispute claim with the legal department boxed up the telephone and returned it to the store. An employee told me that I COULD!! NOT!! leave it a the store.
I left it at store and left with the employee chasing me across the floor yelling . The store wanted a re-stocking fee which I will not pay. I have revoked access to my credit card.
At&t had told me that paying off the restock fee and closing my account would end any contact with the business I had closed the account prior to january 1 but they have gone back on their word, sent an e-mail on February 1/30 /24 demanding payment of a bill I had not received and threatened to turn me over to a collection agency

I attempted (more than once) to contact this person at the address given-who apparently claims to be an AT&T Store fix-it resource. The Subject Did Not Answer and I assume that the posted response is a knee-jerk attempt at appearing to address negative comments. Shameful business.

Super helpful, honestly the best customer service of any att store I've ever been in!!!! New excatly what to do to fix the problem i was having, and got it done!!! Won't go to any other att store but this one. Thanks to all of yall for your help, kindness, and willingness to do so!!!!

These people are Without Honor. I attempted to buy and subcribe to wireless phone service and found it impossible to establish the service throug the standard customer service system -ie: automated telephone with quick transfer to persons speaking a dialect I do not comprehend. Eventually I was told that if I returned the phone and paid a restockling fee, I would be quits/paid up with At&T I did both of these things though the store manger tried to refuses the return and chased me across the floor screaming when I left it there I paid the restocking fee under protest just to get these grifters off my b ack and was assured by an english-speaking represtative in Oklahoma that no further steps are necessary Now I have received a billing and a threat that they will sic a collection agency on me and possible harm my credit.' I've been cheated, lied to and threatened.

Having experienced the LENGTHY wait at any AT&T store, I had an appointment for 10 AM at the actual company store on Waco dr. Having arrived before 10 I waited at the door until precisely at 10 the door opened and was told to come back at another time because their system was down and she had no idea when it would be back up. I explained I had an appointment and I would need to be at the head of the line when I returned. She replied that was impossible I'd just have to come back and wait in line. Typically an hour or more) I made another appointment at the Marketplace store and tried to find errands to do and have lunch since I had driven to town. I arrived at 12:40 for a 1 PM appointment. Two workers were talking to 2 customers with 1 waiting. 3 other customers entered separately and were acknowledged.(I was not). 1 employee tried to help the customer in front of me while she was working on customer #2. Another lady came in (back from lunch?) and started helping with the problem customer #2 was having. First employee seemingly went to lunch. At 1:10 new lady then goes to customer behind me and asked what she needed. Never asked whose next?, checked for appointments, nothing. The only people that left while I was there were the old couple that did not get their issue solved, and me, who never got waited on. This was the 3rd round trip to town (40 minutes each way) to upgrade my phone and still not done. I retired from AT&T after over 20 years with them and this kind of disservice was NEVER allowed. I guess now AT&T stands for Always Trashy & Terrible.

Waist of time. We waited 45 minutes to see about getting an Apple Watch…. The salesman sent us to Best Buy! If they don’t want to take time and meet your needs why even be there. Ridiculous!
