These people are Without Honor. I attempted to buy and subcribe to wireless phone service and found it impossible to establish the service throug the standard customer service system -ie: automated telephone with quick transfer to persons speaking a dialect I do not comprehend. Eventually I was told that if I returned the phone and paid a restockling fee, I would be quits/paid up with At&T I did both of these things though the store manger tried to refuses the return and chased me across the floor screaming when I left it there I paid the restocking fee under protest just to get these grifters off my b ack and was assured by an english-speaking represtative in Oklahoma that no further steps are necessary Now I have received a billing and a threat that they will sic a collection agency on me and possible harm my credit.' I've been cheated, lied to and threatened.

Having experienced the LENGTHY wait at any AT&T store, I had an appointment for 10 AM at the actual company store on Waco dr. Having arrived before 10 I waited at the door until precisely at 10 the door opened and was told to come back at another time because their system was down and she had no idea when it would be back up. I explained I had an appointment and I would need to be at the head of the line when I returned. She replied that was impossible I'd just have to come back and wait in line. Typically an hour or more) I made another appointment at the Marketplace store and tried to find errands to do and have lunch since I had driven to town. I arrived at 12:40 for a 1 PM appointment. Two workers were talking to 2 customers with 1 waiting. 3 other customers entered separately and were acknowledged.(I was not). 1 employee tried to help the customer in front of me while she was working on customer #2. Another lady came in (back from lunch?) and started helping with the problem customer #2 was having. First employee seemingly went to lunch. At 1:10 new lady then goes to customer behind me and asked what she needed. Never asked whose next?, checked for appointments, nothing. The only people that left while I was there were the old couple that did not get their issue solved, and me, who never got waited on. This was the 3rd round trip to town (40 minutes each way) to upgrade my phone and still not done. I retired from AT&T after over 20 years with them and this kind of disservice was NEVER allowed. I guess now AT&T stands for Always Trashy & Terrible.

Waist of time. We waited 45 minutes to see about getting an Apple Watch…. The salesman sent us to Best Buy! If they don’t want to take time and meet your needs why even be there. Ridiculous!

On a Tuesday, Dunn is the only one here helping 7 people. He’s not stressing his workload to customers, he listening to everyone while multi tasking in a calm manner. And he’s being attentive to everything that people are asking.There are 7 people here that’s he’s attending to and nobody is upset over his effort. If he’s not a manager of this store in a year I would be disappointed.

Mike was outstanding. He provided us with outstanding customer service. Mike was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He resolved our issue calmly and patiently. We will be back to the store because of Mike. Thank you Mike.

I went into the store on 16 August to switch providers from Mint to AT&T. Joel V. Greeted when I came and ask if he could help. I explained my situation to him and he told me that he would be happy to help. He was incredibly professional and patient with me while I provide him with all the information that he needed. He stayed with me while I waited over an hour to get the account and pin numbers needed to port over my phone numbers. Joel is a credit to AT&T, if his customer relations skills are any indication of the service that AT&T provides, I know that I will be in good hands! Thank you so much Joel!

Sofia was wonderful. She was standing at the door to welcome us in and help us set up a phone that we had purchased from the store on Hewitt Dr. The store on Hewitt Dr was of no help. I have nothing but praise for Sofía and the other young lady who was working with her. She took care of us in a fraction of the time that we spent at the Hewitt location where we didn’t receive any help, just unwanted attitude from an employee who should have stayed home. He was the most rude individual I have seen in quite some time. Very loud and argumentative.

I needed an iPhone upgrade. The salesman that assisted me made the whole experience a breeze. He was extremely knowledgeable & proficient with the iPhones all the while being personable & professional. I highly recommend him & this store!

Please read and heed my advice, this is a copy of an email that was sent this morning to a store manager.I was given this address by Sophia. On august 18th at approximately 345 pm I came to your store to get help setting up my new iPhone 14 pro max and to erase and return my old iPhone 11 in the box with the label that was provided to me by att. Joel assisted me in doing this and I believed everything went smoothly and was very happy. As I left I thanked him and said I would do the survey and give him a great review. He assured me my old phone would be returned to att.As of today my old phone has never been received by att. This was a trade in and my phone was in excellent condition. I am beyond furious and actually hurt by this. I have been back to the store twice and have received zero help. At least Sophia was nice enough to listen and provide me this random email address but not a phone number. This is a very serious issue. I am not taking this lightly and am escalating this with att and the fraud department. The only decent customer service I ever receive is when I dial 611. They know what they are doing and are professional.I found out on my second to last visit to the store by a young black man with braids that Joel used another employee’s id number when he assisted me that day. That alone is grounds for termination I would think. I was also told that he was sure the phone had been returned and actually blamed it on the warehouse saying they were behind and just haven’t scanned it in. Totally false according to att. I was also told that no one should EVER tell a customer that.Now according to Sophia you want security footage pulled to prove my story. Absolutely fine with me. I can show you where we sat. I was also told by Sophia that pulling the tape would be a lengthy process. Why??? I have provided the day and time I was in your store.I expect a response to this today and also request your managers name, email and phone number. I am also leaving a google review with all this information.I was told by Sophia yesterday that nothing has been said to Joel and he was still on the clock. Why??? She said the store was busy and she had not taken the time to speak with him. This is unacceptable as I have been the only one in your store during most of my visits.Finally the day I ordered my phone with a great customer service representative he left me with a word to the wise that I wish to god I had listened to. He said whatever you do don’t leave your old phone at the store without some paperwork. I am an idiot and trusted YOUR employee.Again I expect a response today.P.S. The footage needs to be pulled as I am pressing charges against your store and employee.

I went to the store today because my phone was on the verge of a melt down. No lie melt down, hot to the touch and would not stay on for more than 15 sec. I lost almost all of my contacts, photos, and info from my phone. With this said Sophia and the supporting staff did the best that they could. They used the tools provided to them to do their job, unfortunately all was not recovered. Although, it was not recovered Sophia did what she could to solve my problems If at&t has accommodations Sophia should get one.

Mike made the whole process of switching to a new phone seamless and stress free. His excellent customer service and knowledge provided the best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T retail store.

Customer service MATTERS. There are lots of AT&T stores in the area that offer the same products, but when it comes to getting help--- this is the place to go. Everyone was friendly as I entered, and Joel took the time to listen to my problem and come up with ways to help me solve it. I entered feeling very overwhelmed, but I left with all questions answered and exactly the help I needed. It truly made a difference in my day!

Vanessa and Jay helped me out last night trading in my phone and moving myself to a new plan. They went above and beyond to help me keep my old number, answered all questions I had with patience and kept me laughing throughout the entire process which can take some time. These two were amazing and I highly recommend their store. Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable and extremely friendly crew that communicates well and has excellent team work. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!
