The nursing staff is noted as fine, but the front desk ladies are frequently cited as needing better customer service skills, sometimes being rude or ignoring patients. There can be a wait to be seen, and appointments sometimes feel rushed, lasting only around ten minutes. A major point of frustration is the strict late policy, where being just six or seven minutes late results in a cancelled appointment, which is not always emphasized to patients. The practice sees quite a few people, which can affect timing.

I went there for my grandmas 6 month appointment with Dr Stewart and it was really cool getting to see the office and the waiting room was huge

I like the doctors. Heaven forbid you need to schedule an appointment, I was on hold for way over 20 minutes and I'm thinking they've all gone to lunch at 10:30 am. Makes me wonder about the quality of their staff. I just shake my head and wonder if I need to take my medical needs elsewhere.

I see Dr b for my trt therapy. And he is a very good Dr. Very knowledgeable and very friendly, down to earth , genuine dr. I am very happy with my experience with Texas urology.
