we went in there to get my boyfriend a new phone came out with 2 new phones cases screen protectors with our every month bill being under 100 love the idea I recommend this to anyone

The Manager Zane helped me as a walk-in to replace my SIM card without any questions. I am visually impaired and he was kind, efficient, and sympathetic to my limitations. I highly recommend this Cricket location.

Zenaida was so wonderful and helpful! The rest of the staff was also friendly and nice, and helped me with all my questions! I went in there with hopes to open three lines over time, and almost only opened one today until I was helped through the current promotions and explained things thoroughly and fully. I ended up leaving my old carrier (Verizon)that was overcharging me and so unfriendly to take all three lines to cricket and I’m so happy with it! I walked out with 3 new lines, 2 new phones, and a MUCH cheaper bill! Thank you so much Zenaida! I’ve already convinced my mom to switch her and my three brothers over from t-mobile to cricket this week so they can also save hundreds of dollars a month with cricket! Thank you!
