Never enough people checking customers out. They put you in the same line as people returning products. Meanwhile they have 2-3 employees talking at the front when they could be checking people out. Other than that a great store!

I have ALWAYS had excellent service through Geek Squad. Only on one occasion did I have to take my laptop to Best Buy to correct a problem. It took less than 30 minutes. I totally recommend Geek Squad!
