301 East Waco Drive, Waco TX 76704
“This location is one of the best that they have in Waco. The East side branch employees really welcome you when you come. If it's your first time you feel like you've already been there before. They are very helpful and they give you the best price possible that you can get on your merchandise. They are real easy to work with they do their best to make sure that what you pawn you have apple time to get it back, It's just amazing how people who have such a stressful job can be so polite and attentive to their customers I recommend it to all my friends and family. Knowing that they will always be there for you it really gives you a sign of relief this is by far the best branch in Waco.”

1607 N Valley Mills Dr, Waco TX 76710
“By far the most exceptional customer service that I have ever experienced!!!!! I went to the cricket in south valley mills Waco, TX, got the absolute worst service i ever could experience. When I walked in she handled 4 other customers all while training an employee!! Did everything for me the other store said they could not do. Switched over two lines while also helping another client set up apps, pay a bill, and setting up my HBO max all day at the same time. After the south Waco location told me there was no way for me to access my lines and I could just activate whole new lines! This woman deserves a raise!!! And every rep and manager should be put under her wing for training purposes before being introduced to the public!!!!!! She was the manager i can not remember her name at the moment but she was awesome she was the manager she has to lover her jobbbbbb!!!”

No problem ... one of the floor managers was extremely helpful and courteous. He helped me look for the product and even checked to see if it was at another CVS. The merchandise was all displayed orderly. I appreciate the customer care I received very much!”

“Great 7-11. I pop in here every once in a while to grab a taco from the Larado Taco Company. The picadillo taco is the best. Nice store, always clean and fresh. They have good clean bathrooms which is a plus. Traffic can be a little crazy at the intersection of Bagby and New Road so be ready for that.”

“We love this Gamestop. We just went the day after Christmas 2025 and I had called ahead because my son wanted some animae shirts. She was friendly and went over and looked for his size and told us what they had there. We bought several shirts, etc and she answered all questions . We love this GameStop and go there often. I also do the rewards , so that was a little discount.”

2401 Robinson Drive, Waco TX 76706
“Great customer service! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the cashier. I grabbed a slurpee and headed to the register where she again greeted me. I wish I would have gotten her name. She got me checked out quickly and thanked me for stopping by. I stop here every month or so for a slurpee and have found the service to always be friendly and welcoming. Many times they have a line of people waiting to check out but they work through it as quickly and friendly as possible. I think it's like this as there is usually only one cashier as the other employees are either stocking the shelves or working the food counter.”

“If you don’t know David, I highly suggest you go into Verizon to change that! He was the chilliest “sales” person. He didn’t pressure me into any plans or items I didn’t want. He walked me through every step of the way to transfer from one provider to the next. Anyways, David is phenomenal. If I could give him 100000 stars I would.”
