I got a phone case and screen saver that was awesome plus they'll put your screen saver on for you with no bubbles. The folks there are super friendly and bilingual so stop in and pay them a visit . A little tight on parking but there's space . Easy wheel chair access. Their rates are highly competitive and an impressive amount of inventory.”

“By far the most exceptional customer service that I have ever experienced!!!!! I went to the cricket in south valley mills Waco, TX, got the absolute worst service i ever could experience. When I walked in she handled 4 other customers all while training an employee!! Did everything for me the other store said they could not do. Switched over two lines while also helping another client set up apps, pay a bill, and setting up my HBO max all day at the same time. After the south Waco location told me there was no way for me to access my lines and I could just activate whole new lines! This woman deserves a raise!!! And every rep and manager should be put under her wing for training purposes before being introduced to the public!!!!!! She was the manager i can not remember her name at the moment but she was awesome she was the manager she has to lover her jobbbbbb!!!”

The product was not there and can only be purchased on-line.
No problem ... one of the floor managers was extremely helpful and courteous. He helped me look for the product and even checked to see if it was at another CVS.
The merchandise was all displayed orderly.

“This location is one of the best that they have in Waco. The East side branch employees really welcome you when you come. If it's your first time you feel like you've already been there before. They are very helpful and they give you the best price possible that you can get on your merchandise. They are real easy to work with they do their best to make sure that what you pawn you have apple time to get it back, It's just amazing how people who have such a stressful job can be so polite and attentive to their customers I recommend it to all my friends and family. Knowing that they will always be there for you it really gives you a sign of relief this is by far the best branch in Waco.”
