I got a phone case and screen saver that was awesome plus they'll put your screen saver on for you with no bubbles. The folks there are super friendly and bilingual so stop in and pay them a visit . A little tight on parking but there's space . Easy wheel chair access. Their rates are highly competitive and an impressive amount of inventory.”

While waiting for him to get my electronics, three others came to ask if I needed help. NEVER have I had this level of help in 30 years of shopping Best Buy.”

“People here, super kind, super helpful, understanding and humble and particular there was a one employee that helped me with the target app and I had some credit card issues that I was trying to do on my own, but she was able not only help me at self check out when it was pretty busy but Alex was able to fix the issue I had with the Credit card well, staying calm and collected with also being asked by other clients for assistance she is an amazing, kind, humble person. She always has a smile on her face. Very sweet and kind”

She was friendly and went over and looked for his size and told us what they had there. We bought several shirts, etc and she answered all questions . We love this GameStop and go there often. “This location is one of the best that they have in Waco. The East side branch employees really welcome you when you come. If it's your first time you feel like you've already been there before. They are very helpful and they give you the best price possible that you can get on your merchandise. They are real easy to work with they do their best to make sure that what you pawn you have apple time to get it back, It's just amazing how people who have such a stressful job can be so polite and attentive to their customers I recommend it to all my friends and family. Knowing that they will always be there for you it really gives you a sign of relief this is by far the best branch in Waco.”
