“Today Jessica and Johnny were so helpful to me. I have a Dearborn heater that I needed an adapter for. It turns out that the size is very small. I needed a 9/64 adapter and they had it. Both Johnny and Jessica treated my heater with such great care. They were able to remove my old adapter and replace it with the new one. They’re connoisseurs of their profession. All of the staff there were wonderful as well. They got my heater out of my car for me and put it back in my car once everything was done. The cashiers were great in checking me out. Lowe’s and Home Depot didn’t have what I needed. Thanks again”

unique one-offs. Facebook deals too. If you're looking for more industrial or automotive tools, they've got a huge warehouse for that. Customer service is great. If they don't have it, they'll get it.”

“We have a 1927 to exterior door that needed to be replaced. For months we had been looking for a company to place a custom order for a door. A neighbor referred Gross Yowell. “July 4, 2024, I bought a LG through the wall AC with a protection plan, which I never do…but this time I did. The LG AC never worked properly, I called LG, even asked for help from HD home services and asked to have it checked by an AC company, he did nothing. Still it did NOT work right. I bought a Whirlpool AC, took out the LG and installed the Whirlpool and it worked WONDERFULLY! Then I returned the LG AC with NO problems.

“Located on China Spring road has the friendliest personnel and also has a front door greeter. I stop there occasionally on my way to Waco since it is on my way. There are 2 other stores that are closer to my home address and the Whitney store is on an even par. But the building is layed out very nicely and it's very easy to see what aisle you're looking for.”
