“Will go with them over uhaul any day. Had a slight hiccup when getting my truck . My previous reservations were canceled the day before pickup . So when I go to pick it up I was charged more than what I was originally quoted. After getting the truck and leaving. I called customer support and they refunded me the difference because they couldn't find a reason why it was canceled. Same trip with uhaul would have been over 1200 . With penske is was little over 300. As many times as I've used uhaul I've never gotten a truck with a backup camera and power windows . Even though my original reservation was canceled, it was still easier doing it all over during pick up than when I have ever gone to uhaul”
“We can’t say enough nice things about Holt Truck Center, particularly Roman and Ron. We had a mechanical failure on I-35 and immediately happened to pull into Holt Truck Center parking lot. Both Roman and Ron came out to assist us as we discovered we had a broken axle on our RV. They helped us find a tow company and then told us they could replace the axle as well. We worked with them thru insurance to get the axle replacement. We are extremely satisfied with the work, their communications, and their commitment to helping us when we were in a bind. Thank you so very much!

“This location went above and beyond to help us even when it was our fault messing up our booking. It was a bit of a slow wait but only because they spend as much time as each customer needs answering every question thoroughly and taking care of every need.”
“I bought a hitch from them which they installed.
Communication was difficult and we miscommunicated a number of times about when they could install the hitch.
But what makes this a five star review is that when the manager, Sonia, came in she helped me understand where things had gone wrong. She went above and beyond any reasonable expectations to make it right. Ultimately she brought an employee in special to put on my hitch.
When I didn’t think they could do the job I called around for someone else to do the work and even counting a lost day of work as part of the price due to miscommunication their cost was hundreds less than other hitch installers.”
“Picked up a truck here and needed a few extra items. This place had everything I needed and the guy who helped me was awesome! Very friendly and very helpful. I needed some markers to mark my moving boxes. He didn’t have any for sale so he gave me his last two sharpies. This was a bright spot in an otherwise very stressful day.”
