JD Sports has a new management team that has turned things around. The staff is extremely welcoming and provides amazing customer service. The store is clean and organized, and the staff is kind and helpful. Customers have had excellent experiences purchasing shoes, with the staff being friendly and eager to help. The manager, Chris, is always in a good mood and helps customers find what they need. However, one customer had a disappointing experience when trying to return a pair of shoes that were hurting their feet, despite being a loyal and frequent customer. Overall, JD Sports is a great place to shop, with a welcoming staff and a wide selection of shoes. The staff, including Becca, Citlali, and Rebecca, are doing an amazing job.

Went in for a pair of shoes and was pleasantly surprised by the different pairs that were offered. The cashier was so friendly and it was nice to go to the store to see if I could find anything! Thank you

I always have an AMAZING trip every time I come here!! The staff is extremely welcoming and they never disappoint! Becca is a great stylist!!!
