“I bought a pair of tecovas when this store first opened. They’ve been amazing boots—deserving of all the accolades. Got a wallet a couple years ago and it’s held up well.
Needed a pair of work boots and they had a great online sale. Ordered a pair and they came next day. Went to try them on and they’re way too small.
Took them to the Waco store for an exchange and after some back and forth with customer service, the manager Liv went above and beyond to make sure I could get a pair that fits.
She deserves all the praise for great customer service and hospitality. Tecovas and Liv go the extra mile for you.”
“Got the cutest pair of camo sneakers with sparkly laces (love me some camo). Had tried on the exact same shoes in Canton for 3X the price. So glad I found them from a local business and for a better price! The staff at the store is always friendly and nice, and the organization of the store is superb!”

“This is a great store, I went to get a new straw hat, of which they have quite a selection. Went with an American, and Eddie shaped it for me on the spot, and did a great job! The prices are very competitive, and they also have quite a few cool things that you probably wont find at another western store in town. Definitely check this place out.”

Between helping us find my correct shoe size by trying multiple shoes on, to being really patient with me and my sibling while being the only employee at a very part of the day, and finally making sure I managed to get the pair of shoes I wanted by placing an online order for us, It very much was the best experience I've ever had with a shoe store ever. I will definitely keep coming back!”

“I ordered another pair of Siesta Mules which are great for plantar fascitid. I have bought Spenco products for a couple of decades! Never have I encountered a pair of shoes with the thick woven tag string sewn into the stitching of the inside lining, and in the worst place, the arch?? It took time, and great care not to cut or damage the stitching, holding the inside of the shoe together! Previously the tags were attached with a small safety pin. Easy to remove. I called customer service to report, but she didn't seem interested in feedback. I won't purchase anymore if this issue isn't remedied. Long time customer.”

“I went shopping for some dress shoes to attend my daughter graduation tonight. And the lady name Shannon Hudson that was very helpful and ready to help me find the right shoes to go with my dress. I was very impressed with this lady she spoke to me as if we had known each other for a long time. When I first net Shannon I thought she was the store manager she stated she was not. I then told her she is customer oriented and very respectful and willing to help any way she can with her customers I was very satisfied with my visit to the Shoe Dept. I just want to say I rate Shannon a 5 star if there was a higher rating I would rate her to the highest because that lady went above and beyond helping her customers and making sure they meet their needs. I've also noticed not only does she satisfy her customers with shopping for the right shoes she was also multitasking from the front of the store to the back of the store with putting items up from boxes etc. I hope Shannon get recognized for the job well done and more good rating about her not many like her.”

We were able to find one pair but when they didn’t have the size we needed for a second pair (and it was also sold out online) she took the time to write down every bit of information so we could find the show at other retailers.
