“I ordered another pair of Siesta Mules which are great for plantar fascitid. I have bought Spenco products for a couple of decades! Never have I encountered a pair of shoes with the thick woven tag string sewn into the stitching of the inside lining, and in the worst place, the arch?? It took time, and great care not to cut or damage the stitching, holding the inside of the shoe together! Previously the tags were attached with a small safety pin. Easy to remove. I called customer service to report, but she didn't seem interested in feedback. I won't purchase anymore if this issue isn't remedied. Long time customer.”

“I bought two pairs of shoes. They are fine. I like them. The cost was ok. But i observed one thing. Its actually not very cost saving. So if you are looking for shoes with a little less cost, you can check out ross or marshall s. The thing is, what we buy with buy one and than get another one with 50% less the prize, are not very worthy and cost effective. I have bought shoes from many places and so from my experience, its not that much cost effective, but it is one option to get shoes, mostly outdated designed shoes.”

“Contrary to several recent reviews, the customer service was outstanding. While this review is written during the Christmas holiday season, it was a Monday afternoon. About every 2 to 3 minutes, a staff member would walk by and check on me asking if I needed anything, if I had any questions, and along those lines. the checkout lines were long at times, and they probably could've opened another register or two, but there was no lack of customer service. There's a pretty big selection, the boot section is the most well organized, the rest of the store is a bit of a mess. Shirts are the shirts, jeans are with jeans, but if you're looking for specific style or size, they're all mixed in. The big and tall rack was not exclusively, big and tall, and actually, there was a sprinkling throughout the store of big and tall items. Most of the items that we got were on sale, Accessories for a reasonable price. If I'm in town or another location where they have a store, I'll definitely pop in and see what I can pick up as this was a positive experience.”
