We wanted to look around but did not want to be pressured into buying. Jeffrey Outlaw was our Sales Consultant and we were extremely impressed. There was no pressure. He answered our questions, showed us our options, and explained pricing with different payment methods. We walked away with a new recliner. We could not have asked for a better experience! My mother and I were treated with a smile and warm welcome as we entered the store. Jeffery Outlaw tended to our needs in shopping for a recliner. In no time he answered our questions and hooked my mom up with a comfortable recliner that fit her needs. I recommend LA-Z-BOY 100%.

Paid $10k for furniture. All the promises of quality out the door a year later. Zipped open the pillows because they were sagging. Cheap China quality stuffing. The store will refund the extended warranty fee. They can come and collect this poor quality for all I care.
Overpriced bad quality. I edited this review because I was asked to contact them. I have done so several times and got no response. These people are scammers. I would advise against wasting any money on this substandard quality furniture with warranties that is not worth the paper it's written on.

Highly recommend the Waco location. My husband and I met Jason Wetzel when we arrived and he was great. I told him what I was looking for and he was very informative and understood my needs. He helped us find the perfect recliner to help with my health issues. He went above and beyond for us. I can’t thank him enough.

Waco, Texas: Today 8/6/25, Jeffrey Outlaw was very professional and very knowledgeable of all the furniture in the store. Very patient with us. He had answers to all our questions. We purchased two matching recliners. Very happy.

Jeff Outlaw was the sales person who helped us with our purchase. He was very helpful on the phone with my many questions. He let us come in 30 minutes earlier because we needed to bring in my 95 year old mother to try out a lift chair so she wouldn't have to deal with a crowd. When we arrived he greeted us outside and helped us in. He explained everything in great detail to our mother. Our mother sat in the chair and really loved it. We loved seeing her so happy. He was very patient and understanding. Our mother told him she will see him when she turns 100 to buy another chair. Thank you very much Jeff.

I went to LaZBoy with my 95 YO Mom to find an electric recliner. Jeffrey Outlaw was our Sales Person who showed not only a vast source of product knowledge and professionalism but was also very friendly and answered every question my mother and I had. In about an hour we closed the sale of a new Casey Electric Recliner that he actually told us he had in his warehouse-not on the floor. It was just what my mom wanted! He demonstrated it thoroughly and within a short time convinced us that we had made the right choice.
We will recommend all of our friends to Jeffrey. He is an asset to the LaZBoy Company and I know my mother looks forward to delivery of her new recliner. Thank you very much Jeffrey.

Had my $1500 chair for less than a year and can’t even sit in it. Over a month for the repair people to show up. Update: the repair guy came and a week later I’m still waiting for them to show up and take the chair to repair it, which will take another week. Ridiculous

This store in Waco has the very worst customer service I have ever encountered. They never called with a time to deliver my couch even though it was near Christmas. When I called I got no information. Almost immediately our electric recliners went out and wouldn’t recline. The only response from the Waco store was that I could call customer service in Dallas. I called twice getting a recording that zI could leave my number for a call back. Finally she called back and said she would have a tech come by to check it in a month. Well, today is the supposed appointment but nobody called or came by. I called Waco store again and….you are right - I can call customer service in Dallas, which I did, and…..you are right - I got a recording that she would call me back. It is so sad that such well made furniture is in stores with such TERRIBLE customer service. I will never buy from them again.

Great shopping experience, very knowledgeable, and helpful. There are so many options to choose from, and the great part is that they help fit you to the right size recliner. You can customize or do a stock item. We chose a stock recliner and were able to pick it up. They only have 2 days for pick up...Saturday and Sunday, but they were very clear about pick times and days during the purchase. All in all, 5 stars!!!
