Days Inn by Wyndham Waco University Area is an okay stopover for travelers. Some guests found the rooms nice, clean, and well-maintained with fresh sheets, while others noted they were not the best and not very well maintained. The air conditioning is powerful, and the pool area is very nice and clean. The breakfast is generally considered good. However, the outside looks pretty run down and it is in a scary part of town. There are maintenance issues, such as water damage, leaking windows, and problems with the TV and remote. Police patrol regularly. Room service is not provided during stays, and management is strict about rules. For the price, it is not bad, but many guests would choose another hotel with a less tight budget.

We were trying to find a decent place in this area at 1:30 am, and this Days Inn was a Godsend. Laurel and Cruz helped me tremendously with getting my car started. These are good folks! God bless you all, the business, the building, and everyone who lays their heads here for rest! Thank you!!

The late check out is awesome and the rooms are very clean and comfortable always.
