If your in the market for a car battery and tired of getting the runaround with so called warranties, O'Reillys on Franklin Ave in Waco is the place to go. No nonsense 3 yr warranty, if it doesn't work, the replace it. Unlike competitor Advance Auto Parts who told me my 4 yr warranty wasn't covered because a 800 cca battery testing at 487 cca isn't bad in their opinion. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake, go to O'Reillys and be done with it the first time. Great People and Great Service.

I came here in order to see if my battery could be exchanged here
All together I counted five employees in the store. Only one employee was helping customers.
When someone finally helped me, he suddenly took off and started doing something else with another employee.
When I was finally fully helped, the employee told me that I didn't buy my battery there or so he thought. I invited him to come outside and look for himself and he said no that's okay.
I will not be going back here again.

I got stranded at their store and they helped me out!This morning, I went to Oriley's to get a part. When I went back out to my car, it wouldn't start so I went inside to wait for a friend to pick me up. While inside, they asked me where my daily car was. I told them what was wrong with it and that I had just picked up the part for it but was now stranded there in my other car because it wouldn't start. I also had a flat from the cold weather but live close by and knew I could get it home.Without hesitation, they sent people out there to jumpstart my car and fill up my tire! I was having such a stressful morning and they made it tremendously better. Thank you!
