“I’ve been going to Pet Supply Plus for many years. This last year, the grooming department really declined quality And after they canceled on me three times with less than 24 hours notice, I assumed I would be finding a new groomer. Which was disappointing because my dog is very old and I don’t like forcing too much change on her. Thankfully, and sort of out of nowhere because I had felt that had already moved on from Pet Supply Plus… AUBRI Called me and reached out to Me to reestablish a grooming relationship. She had let me know that the old staff was pretty much gone and that she had taken over and That she would be happy to groom my dog So I brought my little girl in and AUBRI DID AN AMAZING JOB!! My dog hasn’t looked this good in Years!!! I highly recommend Aubri For your grooming services. I truly hope and pray for her Success at Pet Supply Plus, they are very fortunate to have her On their staff! AUBRI IS THE REASON I’M COMING BACK TO PET SUPPLY PLUS!”

“I’ve been to a couple other Pet Marts around Texas and this one in Waco, Texas is definitely one of the best. The only reason it falls a little short of perfect (in my opinion) is because the Customer Service sucks.
I’ve been there 3 or 4 times in the past 4,5 months & every time I’ve gone, there have been at least one or two lines of people waiting to check-out right when I’m heading to “the checkout line”. Always there is an “unfortunate” & “unacceptable” line waiting to check-out out.”

“We left PetSmart Waco, after arriving 30 minutes prior to close because they refused to sell my 10 year old daughter a hamster. We drove directly to PetCo Waco and Jared and Marina took excellent care of us! Jared walked us around and helped us get everything we needed for the Hamster and Marina waited patiently as our daughter counted out $27 in change. Suffice to say, we will never shop at PetSmart Waco again and will always come to PetCo!”

“It has been about 4 weeks since adopting our little guy. We named him Bentley! He is the sweetest and the most precious little thing! Fuzzy Friends Rescue did a great job. The application process was long but very detailed and well thought out. They actually care where these animals are going, so we didn’t mind having to provide background information. They were professional and friendly, and provided updates every step of the way. Thank you so much team!”

“Used the pet wash for the first time today. It was a decent experience. The rooms could use TLC as some of the equipment was broken, nowhere to harness your dog in the tube, the person before me did not clean up after themselves. I think a cleaning guide should be posted in the room. Before arriving I went online to make sure I did it correctly and based on the information on the site customers are to walk in and groom their dogs first come first serve and then pay once they are finished. There is zero information on the site that says you have to ask an employee first if the room is open or available before you can enter. So when we arrived the room was empty and we went in and took care of our dog. After we looked at treats and toys and then proceeded to the register where we were met by an employee who informed me that how I did it was not how they do it in the store. I informed him online it said nothing about asking an employee first before using it. He had zero sympathy and just repeated what he already said and made me feel quite embarrassed in front of many other people in line. I did what the directions said online for this store (Waco Texas) and I was not in the wrong. This store needs to update their site to reflect their “ways” of doing things in their store.”
