“Never an issue when I visit. The store is always quiet, organized, and I'm always greeted and asked if I need help. My most recent visit, I was helped without having to ask. I was helped with taping up some returns which was extremely helpful. I was in and out in about five minutes. Thanks UPS!”

“Yesterday, I visited the store on Bosque where I encountered Cesar (Manager) and Cindy (sales staff) working in the Printing and Faxing Department. Despite all my frustration (that's putting it mildly): Pain from having Surgery; Anger and Stress from being given the run around from another business that should have taken care of my business weeks ago; and completely being overwhelmed and exhausted. They were wonderful! I want to Thank them again publicly for their Professional, Warm, and Caring attitude towards me. Cesar ( Mgr) calmed me and assured me I was in good hands. Cesar( Mgr) talked to me in such a Godly and caring manner; and Cindy( staff) was so caring and respectful; all I could do was cry. He told me everyone has a bad day once in a while (that's putting this whole situation midly). I to let their General Mgr. know; and I wanted to express this to the Public. If You want to get Excellent Customer Care buying office supplies, printing, and even faxing. Go to Office Depot on Bosque in Waco, Tx.”
“I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I went in in a hurry and needed something printed from my email. I forwarded my email to them and they printed it right away. They only charged me 8 cents for the copy. They really saved me time and money. Thank you ladies sooooo much !”
“The best customer service!
I’m a busy mom, was rushing to get to their store by the time they close, and just minutes before closing I’m running up to the entrance and was greeted by a woman opening the door for me, with a smile on her face and welcoming me in. No annoyance at the time. I apologized, I’m sure they could tell I was a little frazzled and I explained I had just one return to drop off but needed help with the box, they solved my problem completely!
A small town feel, with people wanting to help their neighbor, not just a business transaction.
I’ve also in the past brought my kids in with me and they’ve surprised them with a key to unlock one of their P.O. boxes… with a toy/treat waiting for them inside. Old school customer service! Not just an employee yelling “next” and the entire time feeling like you’re a burden. Thank you Shipsters so much!
