Staff was very professional and informative. Stan Hough took his time to explain all the features of our sleep number. He helped us set up the app on our phones and allowed us to take our time testing and trying beds till we found what was best for us. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Justin, the store manager was awesome! He definitely went above and beyond to give us the best deal possible. This is our first Sleep Number purchase and we are excited to try our new bed. We haven’t received the bed yet so I can’t review the product, but the Waco store was A+.

I worked with Justin at your Waco store for my purchase. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience and his professionalism. Justin is very knowledgeable but not pushy. He asked about our needs first and made recommendations in terms of what would work best for us. Highly recommend the Waco store and Justin.

I went in and I felt SO WELCOMED!!! I spent more money than anticipated because I read the sale ad wrong and my pillow is a little firmer than I thought I’d like but I’m going to keep trying it out because usually I become accustomed to it. If you are needing a new pillow definitely go see them! You’ll feel right at home!

Just got our sleep number and after the first night I can already tell I'm going to LOVE this mattress. Mark was so friendly and helpful he answered all of our questions! I thought a bed like this was going to be waaay out of our price range but it really wasn't much more than our last mattress that only lasted 5 years before it started to kill my back! Don't walk, run! And tell them Brandi sent you lol!!!
