SpringHill Suites Waco is a newer hotel with modern, clean, and roomy accommodations. Guests describe the beds as very comfortable and the bathrooms as spotless. Rooms are well-stocked with a desk, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. A central downtown location is noted, though some mention road noise. The included breakfast receives high praise for its many choices, including waffles, sausages, eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, and various beverages. Staffing can be busy during peak times, but the customer service is consistently highlighted as outstanding, extremely friendly, and professional, making guests feel welcomed and at home. While the pool was closed during one stay and very minor room issues occurred, staff waste no time in making things right. Overall, it is a great stay with comfortable, clean, and quiet rooms, leading many guests to plan a return visit.

Terri makes you feel like you are at home she’s very professional. This is my go to spot when there’s a storm. I always feel welcomed! Sheets can be a little stained at time, but they waste no time with making it right!
