They are impressed by professionalism and by icing and cherry procedures such as zeroing and tightening optics. Guns return in better condition, a week later, with no issue. They were told it won’t be an issue and the guns leave the factory in better condition.
This place knows guns. I had a pistol I needed taken care of because I bit off more than I could chew, I brought it in pieces and I was told it wouldn’t be an issue. A week later I got it back in better condition than when it left the factory. They do exemplary cleaning and gunsmithing.
