Never an issue when I visit. The store is always quiet, organized, and I'm always greeted and asked if I need help. My most recent visit, I was helped without having to ask. I was helped with taping up some returns which was extremely helpful. I was in and out in about five minutes. Thanks UPS!

This store offers a vast variety of services, and they carry a lot of office supplies. Take a look at the 31 photos and videos I posted here to see the details. Plus they are friendly and helpful! is definitely the best UPS Store in the area!

We normally ship from the UPS Distribution Center off the Franklin Ave service road. Today after attempting to drop off a package, we were told the Distribution Center has closed and that we needed to go to a UPS store. Oh my gosh, their shipping charges are astronomical. Our 12 lb box cost $47.00 to ship The contents cost less than the shipping charge. As a result we have decided to not use a UPS Store again and will instead find a more realistic mode of shipping. The shipping via USPS does not come close to UPS shipping. The post office was already closed or we would have gone that way. Just wanted to let those know that read this post to be careful when using a UPS Store or you’ll be charged an enormous sir charge.
