Attitude! White lady and the African American lady, white lady red head was on her cell phone I’m in line literally only me had me wait till she was done on her phone the African lady sitting, very unprofessional both! Don’t recommend even coming in nice to this place i did and the attitude they give is like they want to fight you smh… Higher management needs to look into these people they hire! don’t care how long they been there if your unhappy with your job quit! Also the way she speaks to the other Hispanic coworker is very unprofessional!!
The environment in there is unwelcoming

Fun trying to track down mail that was supposed to be held at one location who says it was sent to the other location and vice versa. Usps.com says my address change is done after 2 weeks and I was told by.post office one key would be ready and post office 2 that they need to make a key for pickup thursday. Meanwhile mail wasn't held. The real question is which one cares less as they can just send people back and forth. 20 days and counting...

HORRIBLE POST OFFICE! They will never answer their phone and I've lived in Waco for 4 years...always an issue... Don't bother calling, you have to be there in person to deal with any package issues.

Rude, just rude. A female red headed employee was done assisting me before we ever started & I was the only customer in the building. Came in to send a box (untaped). Asked this employee to tape the box closed. She told me I’d have to buy the $4 roll of tape, even though there was a tape roll on the counter. Told me I’d have to purchase an additional $2 label & I’d have to do this before even starting. As I was grabbing the tape & on phone discussing how differently things are going than past experiences… the red headed lady stated that they only tape and give labels if it’s sent priority mail. I placed items back on shelf, walked over and placed the box on counter, and asked if we could get started with priority mail for the box. She stood silently and then said, “after you tape the box up, we can get started. It’s on the wall for $4.” and hands me the $2 labels. Listen, say one thing do another?? I don’t have time for playing games, 1star was too many for this employee. Found a better post office down the road with professional & friendly employee assistance.

Came here to get passports for my wife and kids and the reception from the lady there was kind of hostile, I didn’t feel like she wanted to do it. She had us go make copies, when we got back she said she couldn’t do It and we had to reschedule.
They don’t give you tapes here to seal you package, you have to pay for it???

Bad experience the employees were very rude and acted as if they didn’t want to do my passport application so I went to another facility but I will NEVER come back to 424 clay usps

Only reason it’s getting a 1 star is because it can’t go lower these people working here are insufferable and can’t stand their own jobs. It’s ridiculous that our tax money goes to fund these facilities and they are just disappointments

I have done a lot of work with them, it’s good all the time but they have to make line work for drop off stuff by yourself

I mailed several packages on December 9, they all arrived at different days, the were Christmas pkgs. The last one said it was delivered on December 27, at front door. That was a Lie. Someone was there all day and never seen a delivery

I go to this location about once a week and the employees are always great. They could use one more person at the counter during busy times, but overall, I’ve never been in line more than 10 mins.
