Literally the worst post office I have ever visited. My husband and I needed to get our passports and we had an appointment the place had no applications and also you could not purchase a money order. One of the employees stated she had no access to get into the safe where the money orders were stored. Save yourself the headache and do not go here. This place is very unorganized.

Passport appointment went smoothly. Mrs. Ruby was wonderful and walked my husband and I through the whole process. We did show up 15 minutes early like stated we should do when we made our appointment. Mrs. Ruby did state that she gives 5 minutes for those who are running late. Our appointment was at 10:45am so we there at 10:30am. The 10:30am appointment was not present so Mrs. Ruby let us know that if they (10:30am appointment) were not present by 10:35am she would attend us. Which is fair, I believe since the 11am appointment was already present as well. I suggest you come the 15 minutes before your appointment since it’s one of the only post offices in Waco that offers passport and pictures. Promise you won’t be the only one there for a passport.

Ruby is an exceptional example of customer service. Patient, competent, efficiently processed my shipping with a big smile.

I'm not sure if the delivery person is feeling entitled after the first report for failure to deliver a package but now the second time for a different package and still no delivery. Excuse: oversized item...clearly our location has a big indoor package delivery room but somehow while every other carrier delivers this one does not. I'm not blaming everyone at this location just the bad delivery and office personnel. We have to be able to distinguish bad from good and remediate the issue for these low functional and simple-minded folks.

This is the second package this week alone that this post office has failed to deliver. It is a shame that people have to track their packages down and go to the post office for answers, only to leave empty-handed as the courier marked the package as being at the facility when it is still on the truck after failing to deliver the package the first time. The customer service is also non-existent at this branch so please go elsewhere or apply to work here yourself to make sure your packages arrive.

Probably the BEST experience I’ve had at a USPS. My 3 sisters and I, (and mom) went to get our passports done and the lady - I think her name was Lisa - was SOOO kind!!! She laughed along with our jokes, and helped us out with things that we weren’t sure about on the application. She was lovely, I keep seeing bad reviews on her :( she was so great. LOVED my experience there!

WHY IS THIS OFFICE STILL ALLOWED TO BE OPEN. You are illegally diverting or refusing to deliver mail to myself and MANY others here, so why is NO ONE being disciplined for this??? I'm pressing criminal charges against the individuals. I'm sick of it.

Had a package delivered to my box through UPS, the UPS site says it was signed for at the dock, but when I went to the post office later that evening, my package wasn't in my box, there was no yellow slip telling me to come back later when the office is open, and there was no key to open a locker. So basically they signed for it and then tossed it aside. Tried calling 3 times the next morning, but it's apparently useless because no one ever answers. I'm in the process of moving and don't have the ability to go up there every day just to see what's going on with my packages and mail.

I moved downtown from China Spring Road 9 months ago and the Star rating for this post office was over 4. The 19th Street (China Spring Road) post office was a 2.The clerks at 19th street were rude and unhelpful. By that I mean they wouldn't allow a person to explain what they needed, particularly if there was a problem.I went in today and as usual interacted with a professional and helpful woman. I told her how happy I was with them as opposed to the 19th Street location. She pointed to a man I recognized from the 19th Street location and she said, "That's where he's from." He said, "The Best post office there is." I responded, "Except for all the complaints about misdelivered packages and mail."He said, "Everyone's going to complain about everything." I attempted to respond but he did what he did at the other location. Continued to cut me off and talk over me.Maybe the lower score reflects on the 19th Street mans behavior. I know that's why I gave a one star. Now you have an inappropriate person who acts like a little kid who doesn't listen to another's problem or a simple question.I wasn't mad when I went in, but I am now.How and why do you continue to employ him? I'm not the only one who has complained about him.
