Went here for a hotspot RV We did not realize this was a third party and were charged third party fees and also we're not given an option for a hotspot or just told that's the only one we have and that was it but we needed it so we needed it anyway. Just check all that stuff before you do it.

We recently came here on a Saturday to get help transferring data over to a new phone. Julietta was the only employee working that day. Customers were coming and going the entire time we were there. Very busy day. This young was able to multi-task, helping every single customer and providing excellent service. We were amazed at her professionalism and knowledge. Thank you Julietta. You deserve a raise.

Don’t go they’re lying to you’re face making me to change my plan and told me if I don’t like it they can change it back ,now back to the store and tell me that they can’t change it back I will report them to the corporate office

Walked in to get a device activated. The Verizon associate proceeded to ignore us for 45 (like, completely pretended we didn't exist). Finally told us just to call customer service, which was closed. She said she didn't want to open another ticket.

Scammers am getting a lawyer,cut my phone off every day 670$ for one line and a old iPhone to ..Disabled treat customers like trash got my credit card number been making payments still keep cutting off on handicap waiting on my lawyer to get this off my credit great scammers they all lie say different amounts different times to pay..They all say different amounts to pay I only had phone for 5 months even if I only payed 50$ amount still would not be 670$ for just phone bill I took insurance off and internet don't use I use my house one..

Go to another location, a none Russell location will treat you better and help with all your needs. The employees at these locations are trained to rip the customers off by their management team going all the way up the ladder.

Beware, not an actual Verizon store. Sold me on a screen protector for 60 bucks and offered to place it on. When I expressed concern about the patterns underneath screen, I was assured it was normal and would clear up in a day or so as it sealed. 2 days later screen protector fell right off phone with normal use. Returned and after making me wait 40 minutes knowing fully why I was there, told me they won't replace it because it was "good when I left the store."

Came in looking to open a new family account the associate could care less so we left and went to the store at the central texas marketplace. Really need to work on your customer service here

Not a Real Verizon Store "AuthorizedRetailer", they only care about selling you everything as they are paid commission on what they sell you. They add insurance and accessories to get more commission and Russell Cellular forces it to be done as well. Go to Valley Mills to a Real Verizon Store.

Be aware this is not a Verizon Company Store. This is an authorized dealer. So things that a Verizon Company Store (Valley Mills Dr. and also on Hwy 6) will do for free; you will be charged for here. They charged $6 for a SIM card to replace the defective one and then $35 to put it in the phone.Verizon told me first hand they would not have charged for that.Although they display the name Verizon like the company store......they are far from legit, just an authorized retailer (Russel Cellular).You will notice the difference in the professional appearance at the company store versus whatever type culture they are trying to have here.I just want to prevent anyone else from making the mistake I've already paid for.

We came in to switch service from AT&T landline to cellphone. We wanted the number to forward to new service. Alexandra Moreno did a good job explaining what we need to do and what phone could be purchased!!! She was patient and helpful!! Best customer service.

Walked in to purchase headphones. Thomas was attentive and nice. The young girl working was the rudest person I have seen in a long time. She didn't want to help us at all. Even made the comment to the other employee "you do it". Ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Won't be returning.
