I had an excellent experience at this Dealer. Drove from Dallas for a deal that was agreed before arrival. Cole, the Finance Manager and GM were on point throughout the entire process. This has to be one the best VW dealerships in the USA. I was driving on a 5 hour trip and a warning light came on. I was able to find VW Waco and without any issues they took care of the problem in 15 min and got me back on the road. Thank you very much Kate and Alissa! VW Waco, you have a great team!
