“The passport process was a breeze for my daughter. The entire process was maybe 5 minutes total. We brought her passport photos from Walgreens and her pre-filled application from the passport website. Definitely recommended for passport appointments if you don't want to wait a month or more in the Katy area.”

“We love this post office! Today we had a passport appointment for our 3 young boys. The office was super friendly and efficient. Mr. Braun helped us with our passports (photos and applications)- he was incredibly kind, experienced, and a joy to work with! Highly recommend this post office for your passport needs! We booked a reservation online, filled out paperwork before getting there, and everything went smooth.”
“I really appreciated the supervisor and staff that assisted with getting a package delivered in critical timing!! Thank you to all that worked with me for being friendly and service-oriented, and for the awesome follow-up calls during my time of postal needs! So very grateful!!”
