I called them again and he answered, but he told me that they had closed at 6 PM. It was now 630. I told him that I didn’t know anyone out here and I really didn’t want to pay roadside assistance if he could help me, I would throw him a little extra he told me hold on. He was gonna get in contact with somebody. He called me back three minutes later and told me if I can make it to the shop. Someone will be there to help me. I pulled up to the shop. Someone was there to help me and they got me in and out within 15 minutes all after closing hours. Thank you guys so much?”

“about a month or two ago i bought two goodyear marathon steer tires in edinburg,tx goodyear store, working locally in the shreveport area i discovered that the driver side steer had lost the 2nd row thread all the way around the tire i was immediately concerned and worried to move my truck another inch luckily the tire held to the goodyear store at flying j greenwood,la when i arrived i instantly felt the backup on their product the store manager contacted my store manager in edinburg,tx they came into an agreement i only paid dismount and mount new valve stems and taxes on the valve stems and had BOTH STEER TIRES REPLACED WOW!!!!!!!! what a place to come too like i said that was 2 or 3 months ago now i have a flat on one of my drives and decided to spend the night here and have them fix my tire in the morning they definitely earned any tire business i have today and in the future, i am positive its worth the wait rather than visiting the heart shaped logo store next door never ever again will they touch my truck. Big shoot out to the manager(SERGIO) in the edinburg,tx good year store he also made it possible and contacted me 1 hour later to make sure i was taken care off in the greenwood,la store now thats customer service !!!!!!”
