However we expressed some concerns when we picked up our car and were told someone would get back with us. No one has called and our concerns still have not been addressed. Will not take it back to that location again for that reason.
There was a small scratch on the passenger front bumper and I thought when making the repairs they would have addressed that as well just as a courtesy, in the In my opinion. “Jeff is a master in his field and there is no other like him. If all his other positive feedback from other reviewers doesn’t sell you on Jeff, then let me tell you my story and I have no doubt that it will. On 12-13-25 I sustained a small rock chip to the windshield of our brand new 2025 Hyundai SUV which had 3,000 miles on it. To my extreme regret my wife and I decided to use a shop (Auto Glass Now 7940 West Freeway) on our insurances preferred provider list. I will not bore you with all the details of my unfortunate experience with them and will only say I received a horrible attempt at a windshield repair from that company. I think the photo of their attempted repair say it all. After leaving the business and seeing that the chip appeared to be the same and looked horrible after the repair, I contacted Jeff out of desperation. In doing research online after the chip happened I came across Quik Fix and observed all Jeff’s positive reviews and that he had achieved and maintained 5 stars over a very extended period of time. Unfortunately for us we chose to go with Auto Glass Now. In contacting Jeff I explained to him that we had taken the vehicle to Auto Glass Now and received what we believed to be a horrible repair job. Jeff was super friendly on the phone and provided me with a lot of information. Jeff has an infectious likable personality and you quickly realize he knows what he is talking about. Upon hearing that I had already had the repair done at another shop Jeff could have easily not spoken with me any further. Instead, Jeff worked with me and requested some photos of the chip to see if there was anything he could do. Jeff set my expectations at a proper level since a repair had already been done. He best put it by saying that most times you get one attempt at a repair and that is it. I came to really understand this once I saw him work. Jeff spent an extended period of time on the phone with me explaining things knowing that the photos I sent him might mean nothing could be done. This would result in him spending his time talking and educating, but might not result in making any money. Jeff understood that and did not care. I could tell Jeff has a passion and enjoys what he does. I cannot explain what this act of kindness Jeff showed me meant to me as I was feeling down and distraught over this botched repair attempt by this other major company. After looking at the photos Jeff informed me that things looked promising, but that he would have to see the chip in person. Jeff was able to squeeze me in the same day and managed to make something that had looked horrible almost undetectable other than the impact dot mark. I think the photo says it all. Jeff kept in constant communication with me on his arrival time. Upon arrival he protected my vehicle well for the repair job by placing a towel over the paint in the area he was going to be working in and leaning on the car in. Jeff and I talked while he worked and I learned he has spent many years in this field which really shows. Jeff is truly an artist when it comes to his work and treats your vehicle and repair as if it was his own. The repair process or methods might be the same with everyone in the field, but there is no substitute for experience and attention to detail. Jeff is a master at both of these. All these big companies make sure to advertise that chip repair is about containing the spreading of the crack(s) and not about appearances or if it “looks” any better. Jeff cares about both and understands the importance of looks as well. As other reviewers have stated Jeff is such an interesting guy and his no rush attitude leaves you visiting with him even after the repair. I tell this story in the hopes of someone finding this review and not making the same mistake I did going with a big company. Jeff will forever be my go-to for windshield chip repair and I hope those of you reading this allow him to work his magic for you.”

Bryan will come out to your location or shop with all his tools and everything he needs to get the job done. He will work with your insurance claims too. You can just call the number listed and Bryan will answer your questions. I recommend him and he has a special talent of fixing a windshield. I had a rock flipped up from a passing semi truck and pitted my windshield. It repaired it quickly. He's A Okay with me. I recommend him.”

“I don't usually leave reviews but I was so impressed with Apple Glass that I had to do so. I'd broken a ceiling light panel and needed a replacement. Stopped in with my broken one hoping they could help.Though they didn't have such panels in stock, I was told where to buy one (HD) and was told that if I brought it back, they'd cut it to size for me. I purchased the panel and returned. They not only cut the panel but did so for no charge! I'll be using them for my glass and mirror needs going forward. Really nice folks....”

“I had been in contact with the gentleman for the last two weeks but had my service performed today.From the beginning,I felt valued and respected.I was looking to have my subwoofers replaced in my Jaguar,made an appt.for a consultation.He politely told me he didn't have anything comparable to put in my car.I left,But I thought about it,called back and asked if I got the parts could he install-he said yes.My dealer had quoted me$1,200 for labor alone&the parts would be another $700+.Uh....in my mind that was a hell and a no.So,I did get the parts from the dealer but went to Vaughn's for the install.No matter the questions I asked leading up,He was kind,courteous&answered them.When I went for my install today,He kept me abreast of the progress,He took very good care of my car&the time frame he initially quoted me-he exceeded it.I was not surprised but pleased.I had passed by the shop for years,never having a need to stop but when I did-I was pleased with the service;their reputation proceeded them&came highly recommended.I will definately go back because there is a genuine quality there that is a lost art in customer service these days.Most places you go,it's about a dollar¬ so much the customer experience.I was happy to see that:a general kindness&respect for the customer as a person¬ just a dollar sign.My car was returned to me in the same condition I gave it&I couldn't ask for anything more.To the gentleman that performed my service today:Thank you for your kindness&professionalism.”

“They've done a lot of work on my 66 Mustang and it's always been satisfactory!! They've replaced the carpet and some other items in interior. Their prices are reasonable and now they have to be a little quicker because their new place is not as big and they move things through quickly. I must say that I never have any issues with the speed of their work. They did a splendid job replacing the headliner. They have saved me money with their suggestions about materials and items to use. I also want to add that they replaced my old interior with a Pony Interior. It looks great. “This companies quote was $300 less than Safelite. I was a little weary with a couple bad reviews but nothing that was a red flag, just someone saying that there business address is wrong but then they responded back and said no it's not and then some people saying they didn't do it during the original time window. I got my windshield replaced from them and the guy who came out on his truck had a different name on it, but i figured they subcontracted out. They also forgot to put my oil change sticker back on the window, but not a big deal. Also we talked about doing it on a friday but they were busy and rescheduled for saturday. It worked out for me because i got busy on friday. But other than that I saved $300 and the installation was flawless with the exact same OEM looking windshield that I previously had and the registration and Toll tag sticker were put on the new window very nice and neat with no indication that they were ever removed. Because the hood of our vehicle flew up and smashed our windshield, there were minor dents in the top of the frame around the window. Other windshield companies wouldnt touch it. But, Hector looked at it and got to work. He was able to get a new windshield in with a new seal and it looked great. Thank you Hector! You are a life saver!
