Yes, I had to find out what his name was because he is quite intelligent, knowledgeable and evermore a polite respectful gentleman.
He has never made me feel incompetent nor ignorant for my lack in knowledge when it comes to the IT part of things. I told him (and Ozair, his co-worker) that he has the patience of Job. I then asked him if he knew who Job was and his response was…”Yes, Madam”.

She actually knew what the package was and went out of her way to make a copy of the shipping label in case I ran into any issues regarding the shipment. I will definitely use them for my needs going forward!”

He was very pleasant and there wasn’t the usual rush you see at larger shipping outlets.I went back a second time to ship some more packages and accidentally left my wallet on my desk at home. “Nothing but positive things to say about this store. I hate going to the post office and waiting in line so I will put it off forever...My wife told me about Global Post and said just go by there it's maybe a couple bucks more but you won't have to wait. Been using them every time now. And for the unprofessional people below complaining about tape and stamps and a $3.00 visa card minimum... that's to be expected anywhere you go nowadays. If the post office helps you out one time cool but it is %10000 your responsibility to take care of the costs to maul YOUR package”

“I came to drop off a package not knowing my item needed to be taped and instead of them charging me, the front desk girl taped my item for free! She stated labels that say “customer packed” MUST be packaged and taped and if your return label says “No box no label” they can tape it for you no charge.
Aliza (I misspelled her name) was very kind, professional and helpful. She offered me free tape just this once since I didn’t know and saved me $7 from buying a brand new tape!”

“Very nice and helpful people. A lot of reviews aren’t good but this is a small office with only 2 people working it so obviously it’s not going to be as fast but it is not usually packed at all so your in and out within 3-5 minutes.”
