βI have been coming to this location since 2018. Here recently, I have patronized the facility more than usual because we bought a vehicle and have started to knock out a list of maintenance. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had a conversation with a manager but the name of Romel and he offered up some very useful information about my vehicle that I would have never guessed.β
βMy car battery died and I had to have the alternator replaced. Everyone was very nice, especially a gentleman named Adam, he was very proactive about getting my car repaired in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I will definitely use CB again! Very great service. ?β
βWas changing breaks and had stuck rotors. I gave Julian a call he was able to come out within 30 minutes he got them popped off and finished the break job for me on my sons car and completed one on my truck all in 1 hour. Heβs good and fast knows his stuff, he even pointed out a few other isssus that need to be addressed. I will definitely use again in the future.β

βExcellent shop, excellent experience. No one else is allowed to touch or wrench on my TRX at all. I usually do oil changes myself ,but I will also be taking in my vehicle to the shop for oil changes. Roy and his team have been extremely transparent with the work they do/ offer and what all has been installed on my truck. He takes a minute and understands what the customer really wants and then pursues it to completion. I met and talked to several Wraght customers ( unsolicited and unknown to Roy and they shared this opinion. That is when I decided to trust him with my truck and havent looked back since.β
βIβve done business with them in the past and they have always been exceptional. Today, the service I received was beyond words. I had a faucet with a hose that had detached at one end, and after visiting Home Depot, I learned it was a very rare, specialized part they didnβt carry. I hoped Bird Hydraulics might be able to help instead of me going from store to store. When I arrived, the gentleman took a look at it and solved the issue in just five minutes. When I asked how much I owed, he simply said, βDonβt worry about it.β Thank you.β
βThis place was great. Dropped it off on a Holiday week and they got it in the next day for an estimate. Requested AC repair and to advise on brake and suspension replacement. They advised me that just the rear brakes needed replacement and the suspension was good. They could have ran up a considerable tab and they didnt. Their honesty is highly appreciated and the work they did was phenomenal for a fair price. This will be my go to shop for now on.β

Every mechanic at featherton auto is an expert at what they do and probably the greatest part about this place is they explain why something is wrong what it effects on the car, why it needs to be replaced. They donβt rip u off here or try to pressure u into buying shit u donβt need which the entire community appreciates. Hats off to Bobby and his apprentice for fixing up my car before a long road trip, it had no issues. Awesomeβ

βGot state inspection and a dot inspection done for a new company I leased on to. They offer both inspections. As well as most other mechanical services. They don't do alignment or tires. Will def be back if I have any problems when I'm home. Friendly and got it done fast.β

βWent in today β¦ dropped off my car @730am they had it ready by 1:40ishhhhβ¦ I had already tried a mechanic that didnβt fix my AC β¦ just charged me and called it a day bc he didnβt know what was wrong with my AC ( they had my car for 2 weeks ) came today to this place and they kept communication and they fixed my AC as well and not expensive at all . So glad I came hereβ

Hector did an excellent job fixing the problem my vehicle had for a very, very fair price. Other shops would have overcharged for the same job that Hector performed.β
