“I had some work done on my suv front end work;alignment, and purchased 4 new tires. My car runs great like a new car!! Then the check engine light came on and stayed on ray told me to buy the good gas so l did. The light went off and has stayed off that was 2 months ago.now ray could have said l need this or that so he could make some more money but he did not do that.l want to tell everybody that's having issues with their car to take it to downtown kwik lube it will be repaired correctly the first time.NO GO BACKS”
“I highly recommend Precision Muffler and Alignment. They were able to accomplish what four other shops told me was impossible and finally got the alignment on my truck corrected.
Their team was honest, fair, and went above and beyond what most shops would do. When I brought my truck in, they discovered that three of the tabs for my upper control arms had broken off, which meant the repair and alignment would take longer than originally expected. They even took me home while the work was being completed.
The staff stayed late to ensure my truck was repaired and properly aligned so I could pick it up the very same day. Their dedication to customer service and quality workmanship was outstanding.
I will be bringing all of my vehicles to Precision Muffler and Alignment in the future for mechanical repairs, alignments, and muffler work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and dependable service.”

“I’ve taken my cars here for years. For the most part they do a good job. It’s best to take your car mid week if you can. They get pretty busy going into the weekend. There was only one time I had to wait forever for my car with no updates. I kept having to call them. Any other time it’s been pretty smooth.”

“Honest, fast, professional, and incredibly kind! I had some car trouble and was originally quoted $800+ at a Firestone location for the repair I needed. After doing some research, I decided to bring my car here instead—and I’m so glad I did!
For the exact same job, I paid less than half of what I was originally quoted, and they had my car finished in about two hours! They were transparent, fair, and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs.
The waiting room was also clean and comfortable, with refreshments available, so the time flew by. As a woman bringing my car in alone, it’s incredibly refreshing to find an auto shop I can genuinely trust without worrying about being overcharged.
