I came in with a phone that had changed the lock code, and I couldn't get in it.When I asked the lady if she could help me, she said the only thing she could do was factory reset. If I wanted help I'd have to go to a phone repair shop.She didn't even tell me to call tech support. So we googled how to fix it and found out by holding buttons and resetting it. Now I feel like this is knowledge your employees should know. Or at least where to send me for help.

I've tried to cancel a phone line with not having time to go in the store. I was told to call customer service and called and called and called all day with absolutely NO answer. Soon I will be finding time to go to a new carrier. I'm done with this lack of customer service. I've put up with this for too long. This wasn't the first time either. I bought an iPhone a while back and when it broke, I tried to get a new phone, but they replaced the iPhone in my account instead of the spare line. Now I have to spend another $1200-$1400 for a new one.

I'd give a zero if I could only because the 800 customer line is a joke. I'm on hold for the 5th time now because they won't just listen to me. Also, our local cricket store has closed and none of the surrounding city locations are answering BUT they can sure take our payment every month. The customer service people also cut me out of network for several minutes so I COULD NOT call anyone except 911. I know they did it on purpose because they didn't like what I was saying about their poor work habits

Commission is the only thing that matters....168. for a devise that works 3 days.....There response was o well I sold the one I told u I had last night...then we'll maybe I did something I didn't even take protection screen off...the biggest was how they concern about the box it came in ....really ....it was written on ...o no you can't try to resell sso u only have to give half your money back...cricket sould be ashamed of there workers customer service would have a no star if possible....
