Went and switched back to cricket today after a horrible 6 months with att. Don't know why I ever switched. Cricket is SO much better. And Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable, and had me in ad out in no time! Great customer service! Thank y'all for not being like AT&T!

Went to the store in Waxahachie,tx..young lady was nice and even helped me with digging up passwords.very thankful.been a customer for 10 yrs now.will not change provider.GO CRIKET!!!!!!!
