In the past service and repair here has been fantastic, but I was a little disappointed to drop some shoes off a couple weeks ago only to be told it would be the end of October-ish before they could repair them. I did the repairs myself, but just wished they could have worked me in somehow.

I have been using elf for many years and the last time I have taken my boots there they have done worse each time use to be solid good work now I wouldn’t take a pair of boots there again don’t waste your money

Best place to take your boots or shoe's to either get repaired or just shine them up. Any time I have taken my boots or shoes in to get them fixed, they have always made them look brand new. :)
