“NYA was the best example of what a customer service representative should be that I have seen in a very long time. She greeted me at the door and asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and then escorted me straight to what I was looking for. Her store did not have my size, but I went to another one of their stores and found the right size for me, but not the right color. The employees at the second store had no interest in helping me, so I returned to the Famous Footwear in Midlothian and NYA helped me to place an online for home delivery. She also told me about a special that they were running, so I ended up buying my 11 year old granddaughter her first pair of Birkenstocks from NYA! Thanks, NYA, for an awesome shopping experience! I'll be back.”
“Really great selection and great staff I stopped in this morning 9/29 as soon as they opened the young lady went above and beyond looking for footwear I found online and the young man working helped me with a pair of shoes I would have never bought on my own needles to say I love them they are so comfortable on my feet thanks guys”
