“After attending a few different gyms, I am happy I can call this one home. The owners and trainers alike offer great accountability, support and direction.
Earlier this year, when I first started this gym, I was using an app to help me work out. Shelby Symmetry has been an absolute game changer in my health and fitness. It turns out, an app can’t teach you proper form, and I’m thankful Hannah mentioned group training as a better alternative to personal training. I have learned proper form, lifting and even nutrition. These things combined have made a drastic visual change for me, not to mention the confidence I have been searching for.
This is more than a gym to me — it has become my saving grace because of the dedication, closeness and accountability they exude. Group training has been a life saver for me, both mentally and physically. We have become close friends who support and push each other to become our best.
Kevin and Hannah have ensured they have a great team of trainers that will listen to your goals, help you create a plan and encourage you to stick to it.
They treat everyone like family — that’s why this is my gym.”

“I came to this gym when I was in high school. Ten years later I'm back. I'm typing this review inside the sauna at the gym. It is a little older and a grunt kind of gym but they have everything you need to get a great workout in. I know the owners and they are wonderful people. They used to own El Grande across from Walgreens. Let's get more people in this gym!”

“I have been going here off and on since 2018, and the last year has been the best. They have really turned the gym around with its look and how clean it is. It is by far my favorite location around.
I even had an issue with getting locked out by mistake and the manager was super kind and helpful”

“Awesome coaches, my daughter is 5 and she loves when it’s time to go to gymnastics. She’s learning so much. What makes this gym different from previous ones we’ve gone too is how the coaches teach you. Not everyone is going to learn at the same speed, some may need a bit more time and help learning and the coaches work with each kid at their own pace. So happy we’ve found Warrior Nation.”
