“This is my first adventure featuring Kirklands. What I noticed first upon entering the store is the tantalizing fragrance. It was subtle and pleasant. The store was small and held a great deal of merchandise. However the arrangements were strategic and the stacks neat and symmetric.

I did not interact with staff. I just rolled through to understand why my eldest daughter is so enamored with this place. I understand, somewhat, now. A cute little shop with unique home decore ideas. Things are a bit pricey though.”

“Last Friday I happened to stop by Ross to look for sheets for my bed but, once I get in the store I started looking at dresses also. Once I got home and started unpacking things I noticed my watch was not on my arm. I looked everywhere at home but, nothing turned up. I checked the tracking signal but, it said no device was found. I don't see so well at night but, I prayed and went back to the Ross store. I turned my tracking signal on once in the store and it said device found. The signal was stronger by the dresses but, I searched and searched until my back and body was tired out. As I was writing my contact information down a lady came and said mam let's go look again where the signal was stronger. This lady said I bet it's here under theses clothes. I had no idea there were clothes under the ones hanging up from where customers let the clothes fall on the floor. This lady kept looking, pulling clothes out and there it was, my watch fell out. I hugged and thanked the lady and asked where is the manager so I can let them know how much she helped me. She said I am the manager. Her name is Paula the manager at Waxahachie Ross. It's beautiful to see and feel like you are more than a number. I don't have a lot but, that watch was mine and I needed it. Paula was my angel that night and I want to say how much she helped me and because of Manager / Paula I will always shop at Waxahachie Ross because I know Paula is the manager there and takes care good care of the customers and the store. Thank you Paula.”
