I recently visited the Waxahachie Verizon store twice; & got INCREDIBLE service both times. Jose & Sone were both incredibly knowledgeable & helpful at helping me trade up my iPhone & set up my iPad. One of them actually suggested that I “shop around” for the iPad because he was sure I could find a better price. BINGO! I saved about $200 going elsewhere! I’ve visited Verizon stores (in another state) where CUSTOMER SERVICE wasn’t part of the stores’ offerings, so I truly appreciate Jose’s & Sone’s attention. I will MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this store to others!

The workers was helpful and informative the one thing I didn't like is they are starting to charge for a service they usto do when you buy a new phone, every other business is doing the same.

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, but the rep just wouldn’t stop pushing. First, he insisted I switch to a business line just to keep my number — something I never asked for. Then he started asking who I use for internet and tried to sell me a tablet… then a watch.
My phone screen was broken, and when I asked if he knew a place that could fix it, he told me it would cost $300 — but I later found out it was actually $175. Instead, he tried to upsell me a new phone with an extra $10/month for 36 months — that’s $360 total.
Then he asked me what carrier the person with me was using, just to turn that into yet another sales pitch. Like seriously, I just came in to buy a phone — not to be pressured into switching internet providers, adding a tablet and watch, and dragging someone else into it too.
I’ve been with Verizon for 8 years, and this experience was the last straw. I’m switching to T-Mobile — at least they let you breathe when you walk in the door.

Extremely disappointed in this store! I have been a Verizon customer for years. We bought a phone there a few weeks ago and weren’t able to get my husbands stuff to transfer to his new phone. They let us take his old phone with us which is not uncommon. Then once we got it all transferred we could bring the phone back. We are both teachers and coaches in both our sports season with a 5 month old so of course we forgot about bringing it back. I got a text message a couple days ago “you have 10 days to bring it back”. Ok no problem. We live almost an hour from the store. We drive over to have dinner with our friends and drop the phone off. We get there before the store closes. I take the phone in while my husband sits in the car with our kid. The store closes while I am in there. I thought they closed at 8 but they closed at 7. I turn the phone on and go to erase it cause they said we had to. Which I didn’t know prior or I would have already done it. They tell me my husband is not allowed to come in and show his face to erase the phone cause the store is already closed. I said well we live an hour away can he just come in and show his face. She said I’m sorry he can’t come in. I said just to erase the phone with his face he can’t do that? She said no ma’am I’m sorry you will have to come back another day. That is ridiculous! The phone would not allow me to just use his password it had to be his face. So now I will have to drive an hour back again in the next 5 days or we will be charged for the phone. I’m not neglecting the fact that we should have took it back sooner but the fact they wouldn’t let my husband stick his head in and unlock the phone to erase it and turn it in right there is crazy!

My English is not perfect and Cindy graciously accepted my attempts to communicate through the translator on my phone.
She explained everything in detail and clearly and helped with the data transfer.

Hailee Divin was the absolute best!! I will forever be going to her to more purchases! I didn’t like that Erik one of the sales guys was really rude to his employees and would continue to role his eyes at the customers and me being that customer! I don’t under stand why the Erik guy has a job still honestly! But Hailee on the other hand deserves employee of the month and year! Thank you Hailee for all your hard work and help today your the best! ❤️

I was greeted as soon as I got to the doors and I was paired with Clinton a wonderful sales associate and he did a great job explaining all the cool deals and promotions that I qualified for. He made me feel right at home, and he made the experience a fun one. He also showed me some cool features on the phone while we were waiting for all my information to be transferred over. I am so grateful to have him be the one who helped me the rest of the Verizon was awesome as well.
