Jose the manager is easy to work with! No pushy sales, great attitude. It’s hard to find a caring culture in retail and I can say this store is an example.

What an amazing experience here. I transferred 4 lines over to Verizon so it took a little bit of time in store. I watched the staff; Sone, Shannon, Taylor, Sheridan, Esteban, and a couple others that I didn't catch their names. They were just all genuinely positive and helpful. As a small business owner, I understand the perils of motivating employees. So I think Verizon is doing something good here and want to give these guys praise ?

We were in Waxahachie for a trade show. I called this store and set an appointment for my jet pack, which wasn't working. They told me it was "toast" and that it needed to be replaced. I took to a different store in my hometown of Tyler, Texas--without an appointment. They discovered that it just had a setting that was off--nothing was wrong with it. Glad I didnt buy a new one from the store in Waxahachie at 1400 N Hwy 77; looks like they need more training. Seems to they were more focused on getting a sale than taking care of an existing customer issue.

Corp stores are a joke, you cannot call them anymore nor can you ask the corp 800 folks anything about their in-store policies because they don’t have a clue what their own corp store is doing??? Each store does their own thing differently and there is absolutely NO consistency or uniformity… then when you start getting frustrated from the vague answers they give you they start ignoring you hoping you leave because they can’t handle too many questions or think outside the box??? If there is a problem and they have to call tech support to figure it out this is your time to escape because it will only go downhill from there, trust me!!! Business’s today are just glad when a body shows up to work whether they understand their job or not it’s a sad state of affairs!!!

A few months back I upgraded two lines. I had the phones in my hand and the CSR processed it a SHIP!!!!!! They could not cancel because it would take 48 hours to process but would receive the phones in the same time so we left it at that. UPS attempted delivery but wouldn't leave it without a signature. The next day I drove home to catch the UPS driver and again didn't deliver and the phones were shipped back. We could not reorder until the phones were received and the cancellations were processed. A week later we go in to start the process all over again to finally leave with the phones. Dec 8th I upgraded another line and did it myself as express pick up so I didn't have to go in. I receive confirmation it's ready and drive to Verizon and guess what.... No order to pick up. I talked with customer service through the app for one hour and they couldn't do anything for me so to avoid EVERYTHING that happened previously with the other two phones I cancelled the order. Save yourself a headache and find somewhere with better customer service and don't use the Waxahachie location EVER!

Every time I go to this Verizon, they always have some lame excuse on why they can’t service someone or they close the store earlier than expected to excuses excuses excuses..

If I could I would rate 0 we got to the other Verizon store first close to this one they had only one color in stock then they told us to go to the one across the street which was this store and our helper said he had to have plan owner with us to authorize purchase but he saw he were inside of the plan and we’re account holders but he said he couldn’t see it we even had to bother our grandma the account owner to pull it up and she even clarified we were account owners and he still wouldn’t let anything slide I would highly rate not coming here this is ridiculous.

I am new to Texas and decided to switch to Verizon. I went to this store and everyone was so nice, but Shannon was a huge help. She is really good at taking care of customers and making them feel like family.
