My mother and I have had AT&T service for a long time and only visit our local Weatherford store location because the staff there are all so incredibly amazing!! We had to wait 1:45 in the heat waiting to get help to get direct tv switch to my sister name I understand the covid 19 bit should not let customers sit out in the heat like cuz people do have heath issues and should not be in the heat that long while they have the luxury of a a.c. building where they can be comfortable
