Jordan and Tom were a huge help and went above and beyond for me and helping me with my account. Although we weren't able to fix it in store today they did encourage me to keep in contact with them and it will get fixed soon. Very pleased with the customer service I received from these 2 wonderful men!

Sean was great! Very knowledgeable and helped us to decide on the products that were best for us. Unfortunately, one of the watches we purchased didn't hold a charge. They don't take the watch back at the store unless you pay a $55.00 restocking fee. Had to send the watch back to Samsung! Now we're waiting on them to return the watch.

Worst customer service ever!!! I might not ever go back to that location again. Zach was completely unprofessional to the point I am now looking for a new phone provider altogether, and we have six lines. DO NOT GO IN THERE, FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

My wife and I came into the store to upgrade phones and within 30 minutes we both had our new phones and were on our way home. Our sales rep., Dillon, went above and beyond to get us the best phones for the best deal! 5-star service!

Amazing store. Always polite, accessible and very knowledgeable in all the products. This store should be the blue print for all other stores. My cousin Dillon is the tall dark handsome store manager. If you’re ever feeling down, go hug him. He’s beyond awesome!

Wife’s phone would no longer charge consistently, stopped at AT&T to see if they could identify the problem. Eric was kind enough to charge the phone & evaluate the battery life. He was professional, personable & pleasant to deal with. Now wife has a decision to make, new battery or new phone.

We were given incorrect information about the cost of adding a phone to our account. Our bill went up 20% more than we were told. I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 20 years and this has never happened. Don’t know if it’s because the associate was rushing — the store was busy — or if he was distracted because he was training a new employee. Very dissatisfied.

This store has the worst manager we have ever experienced. Someone should teach him the definition of customer service. The Hudson Oaks store is so much better!

Best service ever and awesome staff, for the life of me I can't remember the lady who helped me but she got me all taken care of and even the manager conversated with me. If I figure it out I will for sure edit my post she deserves the recognition
