I made an appointment and only had to wait 15 minutes. Our store rep was very helpful in getting exactly what we wanted, and she saved us a lot of money.

The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful I came in to get my military discount put on my account. I ended up talking to him about upgrading mine and my wife’s watches and got them upgraded the same not also. He was able to take almost $100 a month off of my bill.

Nathan at the Weatherford, Tx store was a terrific customer service representative. Even though he hadn’t worked there long, his knowledge of the product and services was incredible. Thank you Nathan, for treating us so well and taking care of our needs. We will ask for him personally if the need for assistance with our phones comes up again!

Done with this store. Every time we've tried to add a line or do anything, they flag our account and somehow we need catastrophic deposits. Go to another store, no issue. The employees here are either completely incompetent or pocketing deposits and lying to customers. Either way, complete BS and they should be investigated by corporate at this point. Their GM, Isreal, is the biggest liar of them all. Lures you in with a promise that he has a phone in stock, doesn't and then wants to sell something else with suddenly a full price deposit. Threatened to call the call center in front of him to confirm deposit and he asked us to leave. Beyond shady.

Unfortunate experience. Waited 2 hours to turn in a phone that had already been pd. off. Literally a 5 minute transaction to "get a receipt ". I am not for posting negative reviews, but in my opinion they need someone there who's sole purpose is to check people in (this took longer than actually getting receipt), ask what they need, and put them on a list to be helped OR just do the things that do not take very long to resolve.I appreciate that they greet you and ask you how they can help......but they get too tied up with customers who "only have a quick question", which turns into a conversation which adds up when 4 or 5 other people come in and "just have a quick question".When it takes longer to get you SIGNED IN than it did to just handle your need, there is a process problem.Seems like this could be handled with a designated person to take care of "quick questions" and easy drop offs.I do not blame the staff as this is obviously the process mgt has in place, but there has to be a better way.

The girl thay waited on me to change over my phone seemed like she wanted to stand and talk to the other sales people before they decided to help. 5 or 6 people waited and only 2 were being helped while 6 chated with each other. I had to finally leave because their internet kept shutting off. I did not get everything I needed. I guess the people in India are the only ones that can help if you want to try and understand those fast talking foreigners.

Long wait time even with scheduled appointment. Employees will skip customers with appointments and take walk-in guests first. You’re better off driving 10 minutes down the road to the other store in Hudson Oaks, and receiving better service.

I first went to the Mineral Wells store and was told there was nothing they could do for me. I then went to the Weatherford Ridge store and Christina C immediately started assisting me when I walked in, even though they were extremely busy. She told me all my options, explained everything, was very polite and informative. She explored all options to find the best for me and I left very satisfied. I got a new phone, and my bill was reduced. I will choose this store for my AT&T needs ALWAYS!

Needed to visit to my AT&T store in Weatherford. Hit the store about 10:30 and a very short wait. What an absolute treat to work with Kyandra. She immediately solved every concern I had and did it quickly with an amazing knowledge, beautiful attitude and the most bubbly personality ever. She is epitome of great customer service. She handles your concerns with 5 star service, but I would love to give her 10 stars.....
