And they make me laugh they have to be from some rude customers because I've had this bank for going on 6 years now and I've had nothing but great customer service experience I've been helped out with every issue that I've had nothing but good things about this bank.”

“We have had numerous loans through the Fort Worth Community Credit Union, and have always had a great experience. ( as far as you can borrowing money). The interest rates can't be beat. Great rates on credit card as well. They have helped us save a lot of money by allowing us to transfer high interest credit cards to a reasonable rate card. We got a handle on our credit and saved money. Can't beat them.”
“My wife had negative 3 dollars in account and I added 35 dollars to make it positive 31 dollar s she goes to use the account they tell her she's negative 8 something I go to talk to them they tell me I can't because I'm not on the account what I crock when I presented them with her card finally they fixed the problem”

“I unfortunately let a potential hacker have my electronic password. I worried about it and the next morning I went to the bank, they suggested I close all my account and reopen new accounts. This is worse than getting a credit card hacked but the bank has gone out of its way to make sure my money directed to old accounts gets deposited.”
