“I lost $100 and the ATM at the bank and I really couldn’t prove it but they reimbursed me. The ATM malfunctioned and ate my money and gave me no credit so they covered it. Very friendly employees and most of them know me which is great because I hate having to prove who I am every single time. I don’t have a compares to the other banks around my area, but this one meets most of my needs. If you’re looking for a new bank, I will check them out and maybe they’ll be what you’re looking for? “I’ve had a bad first experience with this Bank and it took a while to get it figured out
That being said the customer support was always very friendly and ready to support
Now that everything is working this bank offers a pretty solid banking experience and I will be continuing their services

“We have had numerous loans through the Fort Worth Community Credit Union, and have always had a great experience. ( as far as you can borrowing money). The interest rates can't be beat. Great rates on credit card as well. They have helped us save a lot of money by allowing us to transfer high interest credit cards to a reasonable rate card. We got a handle on our credit and saved money. Can't beat them.”
“The only bad reviews here appear to be from soccer moms who have nothing better to do than complain about people being rude. For those of us with jobs, I can personally say that after 2 years I have NEVER been treated poorly here. It’s great to have a bank that is actually open when I’m not working. Plus my direct deposits come through a day early. Nothing but good things to say about this bank.”

They answered all my questions happily, have always been super nice and the girl at the drive through is always so nice and knows me right when I pull up! “I unfortunately let a potential hacker have my electronic password. I worried about it and the next morning I went to the bank, they suggested I close all my account and reopen new accounts. This is worse than getting a credit card hacked but the bank has gone out of its way to make sure my money directed to old accounts gets deposited.”

They have always shown great relational customer service to my family. Also, Devin in customer service was greater.
