“I needed to ship a purse back to Italy and received conflicting information from different carriers. The USPS location in Granbury told me leather goods couldn't be shipped to Italy, while another USPS location later confirmed that information was incorrect. UPS in Weatherford also wasn't able to process the shipment because it was returned merchandise and didn’t want to be responsible for the tariff if it was not accepted. After getting nowhere, I went to AIM Mail and Matt immediately stepped in to help. He took the time to understand the situation, explain my options, and make sure the package was shipped correctly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. What was a frustrating experience was made easy because of Matt's willingness to help and his understanding of international shipping requirements. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Advice: If you're shipping internationally and getting mixed answers from other carriers, save yourself the frustration and talk to Matt at AIM Mail first. He can give you the best options through multiple carriers.”
