“I needed to ship a purse back to Italy and received conflicting information from different carriers. The USPS location in Granbury told me leather goods couldn't be shipped to Italy, while another USPS location later confirmed that information was incorrect. UPS in Weatherford also wasn't able to process the shipment because it was returned merchandise and didn’t want to be responsible for the tariff if it was not accepted. After getting nowhere, I went to AIM Mail and Matt immediately stepped in to help. He took the time to understand the situation, explain my options, and make sure the package was shipped correctly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. What was a frustrating experience was made easy because of Matt's willingness to help and his understanding of international shipping requirements. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Advice: If you're shipping internationally and getting mixed answers from other carriers, save yourself the frustration and talk to Matt at AIM Mail first. He can give you the best options through multiple carriers.”

“Dropping off a prepaid FedEx package. The Walgreens staff for prompt and friendly. They accurately handle my transaction in less than 2 minutes. They did not have a USPS drop off which would have been helpful, because going to the post office is the nightmare compared to this experience.”

“The deliveries are good but the one thing they should do is knock on the door ring the doorbell of course I don't have one because of poor Steve they should put it in the post office for general delivery but thank you very much anyway for your hard work out in the sun in Texas good day yo 😃”

“I’ve shipped using this company many times, and I have been nothing but pleased. They look to find you the best deal and all of the employees have been friendly. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I don’t know if I’ll go to the post office again!”
