Received this postcard in the mail. Called to order since code was not working on site, customer service said it had expired on the 25th of August. I shared the postcard received which stated the 9.29.25 exp date, and they refused to help. I escalated, asked for management to call, they never did. I called again, got customer support who said they could help by getting a manager, they left me on hold for just shy of an hour. Their new rate is almost double. We have been customers for years. Very disappointed.”
