Very rude.. didn’t want to give me service because I didn’t have a appointment.. never come back to this branch ever again.. the only reason why I came to this branch is because the Pasadena office is closed on the weekends..the lady that wouldn’t attend to us her name is Tamra.. Will never come back to Truist and switching my account to Chase Bank..

Refuse to cash their own checks if you don't have accounts with them. Went in with a 10k check from a well known car dealer that banks with them. Provided everything required plus some but still refused .

Horrible! I went in after opening an online account. The lady explained to me I needed to deposit money, gave me my DL back & then locked my account without the option of paying there or explaining anything to me. I drove 45 minutes to this branch for absolutely nothing! I’d never bank with Truist!

I enjoy going into the branch weekly as the staff is friendly. There are somethings I wish would be different such as at cash amount. But in the end great back.

I have banked with BB&T almost 15 years I am closing my accounts because of this bank. The people that work there are useless. Good luck trying to get anything done here.

My BB came to this place with me, so it's a shared review experience. We came before getting T.We only came here to use the ATM so that we had some cash for our favorite Vietnamese place around here, which is not strictly cash only but definitely prefers cash. They charged the usual fees for me to use it, and that's kind of annoying. I get annoyed with it no matter where I go because most banks do it these days.Still at least it was here and it was handy.

UPDATED as of 9/2019 My experience has been good with BBT except my human errors and errors made by management of her not closing my account the beginning week in July 2019 when I met the necessary requirements.However, she never acknowledged her mistake.Even after meeting with a second manager for August 2019 problem that was not a fault of myself nor BBT my account remains active .Twice since 7/19 my account was supposed to close, yet BBT has fail to do so. Now I've been charged -$10 fee that has increased to -$20 yesterday. This has been a costly experience back and forth with lyft and Western Union payments to BBT to pay constant fees that applied daily to my account. BB&T is ( 25 miles)from where I live, since my vehicle became disabled it so difficult for me to take care of my business as quickly as I like. That is why I needed to close my account. Thanks to all there at BB&T WHO SERVED ME

Staff is very helpful and professional. Have always been treated with respect and courtesy. I have four different accounts and never had any problems. To the contrary, it's always been easy to go in, get things done and always get greeted with a smile. Thank you all.

Worst “bank†I have ever had. They sent me a survey after an experience with them and when I gave them a low score they called me to let me know not that they were sorry but that they were closing down my account! When I asked why they were shutting my account down and my child's account down they said they “didn't feel like saying�? Absolutely crazy and when I talked to the district manager he promised to get to the bottom of it and he never did. They are so busy you can never get a manager or banker on the phone and you have to leave messages for days to get anyone to call back yet there is never anyone in the lobby. This bank is a joke. You can call and get information on any account because they do nothing to secure your identity never ask a security question or have you verify your information. I have fees from all over because of them closing my account down. When they did they held my deposits over 7 days and then mailed me a check in the mail. I waited 10 days for my own money. They also held deposits of cash in order to cause overdrafts on accounts.

Fraudulent establishment. Company created banking software which applies overdraft fee's to any pending transaction if a subsequent transactions leads to an overdraft. Had a $100.00 charge post that overdraft my account, however, I was charged overdraft fee's for the previous 4 transactions that were pending despite there being adequate funds to cover them.

Can't stand this location, they're hardly helpful and lazy. One time I came to the drive through 14 mins before closing and they had the "open" sign lit....they never acknowledged me and even closed up and walked to their cars while they were still supposed to be open smh! My most recent experience was insane...I look forward to taking my business elsewhere!!!
