Bright Washateria is a clean, reliable, and well-run laundromat in the NASA area. The facility is spotless, very clean, and pleasant, showing true care for cleanliness and maintenance. It features excellent top of the line washers and dryers, including large-capacity washers and super-efficient dryers that get everything dry. The machines are fast, easy to use, and all appear to work, with reasonable and fair prices for washing and drying. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and quick to assist. The attendant is exceptional, very nice, and respectful, providing excellent customer service. The location is good. While generally positive, a note mentioned the floors being mopped at night with a strong smell. Overall, it is a highly recommended place for a clean and positive laundry experience.

Friendly workers and environment! This place used to be too hot but I think they changed their AC so it is cooler now.

I was in town for a few weeks and needed to do laundry. My experience using this laundry mat was excellent. The customer service from the attendant was exceptional, the facility was clean, prices reasonable and I highly recommend them.

It was hot but very clean, most laundromats aren’t as cold but just wanted to say that the man that usually is always there is such a nice, polite, helpful, very well respected gentleman.😍 Ty sir
