I reserved a small compact car, when I got there to pick up my car I was told I was getting a electric vehicle. I told them I wanted the Kia soul that I reserved they told me in the email they sent me in the fine print at the bottom it states and EV can be substituted. So I didn't get a car I'm old I don't want to have to look for a plug-in spot in Louisiana so I can sit there for 3 hours waiting to be mugged.

The rental from Tyler was an ok experience. It was the return that did it for me here at 421 Bay Area Boulevard, Clearlake Tx. You guys should work harder and answer the calls of paying customers or even potential customers. EVERYRTHING is automated. This is what the world has come to and it sucks.

When I had a little wrinkle with the phone reservation system located elsewhere, I decided to stop in and talk to the staff on location. Quick, helpful and efficient is the best way to describe the encounter. I made a reservation and when I returned at the scheduled time everything was waiting. Car rentals are more expensive than I remember, but good customer service reduces the sting a bit.

I always rent from budget but this location was very horrible. I had reservations for 12:30 pm they didnt have car so i wasn't able to get a car til 6pm right before they closed and the car was nasty. They charge me for a extra day cause I put the key in the drop box, plus cleaning fees. The car was nasty when they gave me the car and
a customer had just returned it. I have rented from Budget locations plenty of time and this has ever happen to me . Budget won't get my service anymore and plus they have 3.5 stars. O and let's not forget about the other car they was about to give My children and I that had drugs in the vehicle. Great service Budget just great!!!!!

Guy was going to charge me more than what I reserved because they didn't have a car available, only had a van, which I was ok with. Then someone walks in almost immediately after me with the same situation, and he said he won't charge them any extra... went to a different location.
