“Helpful and quick to get me what I wanted for my wedding bands. I’m getting a custom shadow/guard ring for my engagement ring and when they had the wax cast done, they asked me to come in to take a look because they thought it looked too big/thick (which it did at 3mm) so they adjusted it once I approved the change. It would have been upsetting had they just gone ahead and made the 3mm ring, it wouldn’t have looked good so I’m glad they asked!”

“Both my wedding band and engagement ring came from here. Their jeweler and a gemologist teamed up with my husband to design his wedding ring from scratch. I also had them resize an heirloom ring guard and add a charm to an heirloom charm bracelet. I almost cried when I saw my bracelet - I had never seen it so shiny & beautiful, and my grandmother used to make me clean her jewelry to keep me busy. We originally worked (and eventually developed a meaningful friendship with) with their gemologist, Victoria Strong. We were absolutely devastated to hear of her sudden passing. The entire team here has been great and we’re proud to recommend RB to anyone who asks.”
